ANA Companion

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

ANA Companion helps organizations understand frontline conversations, documents, check-ins, training activity, and operational context. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how workspace admins can control it.

Information we collect

We collect account information, workspace configuration, uploaded documents, employee and admin messages, training assignments, responses, and operational metadata needed to provide the product. If a workspace connects WhatsApp, Telegram, email, GitHub, or another integration, we process the messages or events that the workspace has authorized us to receive.

How we use information

We use workspace data to answer admin questions, generate operating briefs, build training drafts, route check-ins, summarize updates, improve retrieval quality, and provide audit trails for actions taken inside the product.

AI processing

ANA Companion uses AI providers to classify, summarize, and generate workspace-specific responses. We do not present AI failures as real answers. When an external AI or messaging provider fails, the product should surface that failure clearly instead of silently pretending the operation succeeded.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, database, messaging, email, AI model, logging, and analytics providers. We do not sell workspace data.

Workspace admin controls

Workspace admins can configure connected channels, upload or remove knowledge sources, control employee assignment, and request exports or deletion of workspace data. Some data may be retained for security, audit, abuse-prevention, or legal reasons.

Security

We use authentication, authorization checks, provider webhooks, environment-scoped credentials, and audit logging to protect workspace data. No system is perfect, so please report security concerns promptly.
